The Panoramic View of God

In Matthew 5 we read that Jesus has come to complete God’s Laws. Paraphrasing The Message; Jesus will put God’s word together into a vast, alive and working, panorama that outlasts the stars in the universe and the terra firma of planet earth.

A few months back I was in Tarifa (Southern Spain) and wanted to catch the breathtaking beauty of the Straights of Gibraltar and the coast of Morocco behind it. I had to take several pictures in order to take the whole scene in. Later, I carefully put them together to make one large panoramic picture.

The Bible gives us pictures of God and His working with humanity. Jesus, God with us, in a sense is the key that we need to put all these pictures together into one vast, breathtaking, panoramic view of God.
