Worth More Than A Million Canaries!

The Message’s slant on the well-known passage in Matthew 10:29-31, about God caring for the sparrows, has Jesus reminding us that God cares about a cheap pet canary! That God pays attention to every last detail in our lives, even the number of hairs on our head! That we’re, “Worth more than a million canaries”!

The amazing truth communicated by Jesus is that God cares more about us that we do about us (and if we are honest we care about ourselves quite a bit!). Read it slowly, think about it carefully, God cares more about me than me cares about me! Live and rejoice in this amazing truth!
